For some employers need Chinese staff have the ability of functional English, we have accummulated much experience of English training for chefs, waiting staff, technical workers, etc. We normally arrange the workers to attend English training before and after the employers’ selection accroding to employers’ requirements. Three months or longer time of this training will help them to have ability of functional English, which will help the workers’ work and living abroad. The English training include the oral English, self-introduction, special words/expressions for working, etc.
